- **New Employee in BambooHR**: Triggers when a new employee record is created in BambooHR. Use filters to scope by department, location, division, employment status, or job title.
- **Employee Started in BambooHR**: Triggers when a new employee record exists and the hire date has arrived. Fires for the first time on or after the employee's start date.
- **Updated Employee in BambooHR**: Triggers when an existing employee's record changes (including custom field edits, job info, or compensation table updates).
- **Terminated Employee in BambooHR**: Triggers when an employee is terminated — fires on either a Deleted action or an employment-status change to Terminated.
- **New Time Off Request in BambooHR**: Triggers when a new time off request is submitted (status `requested`, awaiting approval).
- **Time Off Approved in BambooHR**: Triggers when a time off request transitions to status `approved`.
- **Time Off Denied in BambooHR**: Triggers when a time off request transitions to status `denied`.
- **Time Off Canceled in BambooHR**: Triggers when a time off request transitions to status `canceled`.
- **Who's Out in BambooHR**: Triggers for each new entry on BambooHR's Who's Out calendar (approved time off and holidays). Use to drive auto-replies, scheduling, and on-call coverage.
- **New Job Opening in BambooHR ATS**: Triggers when a new job opening appears in BambooHR Applicant Tracking. Use filters to narrow by status group, department substring, or location substring.
- **New Applicant in BambooHR ATS**: Triggers when a new candidate application appears (or is updated) in BambooHR Applicant Tracking. Use the status filter to scope to NEW, ACTIVE, INACTIVE, or HIRED applications.
- **Applicant Hired in BambooHR ATS**: Triggers when an ATS application's status transitions to a Hired label. Pair with the New Employee trigger to drive onboarding flows once HR confirms the hire in the main employee record.
