# Fathom integration

## Tools (7)

- **Create Webhook**: Register a webhook to receive meeting content (transcripts, summaries, action items) when recordings complete.
- **Delete Webhook**: Delete a previously registered webhook by its ID.
- **Get Summary**: Retrieve the AI-generated summary for a specific recording, either synchronously or via async callback.
- **Get Transcript**: Retrieve the full transcript for a specific recording, either synchronously or via async callback.
- **List Meetings**: Retrieve a paginated list of meetings with optional filters and included details like summaries, transcripts, and action items.
- **List Team Members**: Retrieve a paginated list of team members, optionally filtered by team name.
- **List Teams**: Retrieve a paginated list of all teams in the account.

## Triggers (4)

- **New Meeting in Fathom**: Triggers when a new meeting recording appears in Fathom. Fires as soon as the recording is created, before transcript or summary processing completes.
- **New Transcript in Fathom**: Triggers when Fathom finishes generating a transcript for a recorded meeting. Fathom processes transcripts asynchronously, typically within minutes of the recording ending.
- **New AI Summary in Fathom**: Triggers when Fathom finishes generating an AI summary for a recorded meeting. Summaries are processed asynchronously after the recording ends.
- **New Action Item in Fathom**: Triggers once per action item that Fathom extracts from a recorded meeting. Action items are produced as part of post-meeting AI processing, alongside the summary.
