- **Updated Candidate in Greenhouse**: Triggers whenever any field on an existing Greenhouse candidate changes. Uses change detection, so revisions to the same candidate fire repeatedly.
- **New Application in Greenhouse**: Triggers when a candidate submits a new application. Filter by job, source, recruiter, or coordinator to scope the trigger.
- **Candidate Stage Changed in Greenhouse**: Triggers whenever an application's current interview stage changes. Uses change detection so a candidate moving A→B→A fires twice.
- **Candidate Hired in Greenhouse**: Triggers when a candidate is hired (an application transitions to status="hired"). Filter by job to scope to a specific role.

- **Scheduled Interview Updated in Greenhouse**: Triggers when an existing scheduled interview is rescheduled, cancelled, or otherwise modified. Uses change detection on time, status, and video URL.
