## Tools (80)

- **Add blocks to the draft**: Adds blocks, with their connections, to the diagram you already have.
- **Apply a set of changes to the draft**: Adds, updates and deletes blocks and connections in one go.
- **Archive customer**: Archives the customer with customer_id.
- **Ask a person to connect a Calendly account**: The same as for Google Sheets, through Calendly: it answers a url that a member of the brand opens, signed in to the app, to see who asked and approve the connection at Calendly.
- **Ask a person to connect a Google Sheets account**: Connecting an account is a consent Google asks a person for in the browser, and nothing a token can do on its own.
- **Ask a person to connect a SendGrid account**: The same as for Google Sheets, with a form where the consent would be: it answers a url that a member of the brand opens, signed in to the app, to see who asked and type the sender's email address and a SendGrid API key.
- **Assign customer to bot**: Assigns the customer with customer_id to the bot with bot_id.
- **Assign customer to current agent**: Assigns the customer with customer_id to the authenticated agent.
- **Assign customer to specific agent**: Assigns the customer with customer_id to the agent with agent_id.
- **Block customer**: Blocks the customer with customer_id.
- **Change field**: Updates the value of field_name for the customer with customer_id.
- **Copy an agent**: Makes a copy of this agent and answers the copy.
- **Create a bot**: Creates the bot, its draft, its test copy and — for a landbot bot — a web channel.
- **Create field**: Creates field_name on the customer with customer_id.
- **Create message hook**: Registers a new message hook for the given channel.
- **Delete a draft block**: Removes the block and every connection touching it, in either direction.
- **Delete a published version**: Removes the publication from the history, and with it the diagram and the channel snapshot it filed.
- **Delete customer**: Deletes the customer with customer_id.
- **Delete field**: Deletes field_name from the customer with customer_id.
- **Delete message hook**: Removes a message hook by ID.
- **Deploy the bot draft for testing**: Puts the current draft on the bot's test channel so you can talk to it.
- **Discard the draft changes**: **Not built yet.** The path is served for other methods, so your credentials are checked and then the method is refused: you get 405.
- **Edit a draft block**: Changes one block.
- **Get a bot**: Settings and lifecycle state.
- **Get a channel (Channels API v2)**: What the channel is.
- **Get a channel's design (Channels API)**: The whole channel: what it is, how it looks, its CSS and markup, and the address a visitor opens it at.
- **Get a channel's draft design**: The test copy: what a design write with autosave: true changed and the live channel does not carry yet.
- **Get a published version**: One publication: the diagram as it went out, and a snapshot of the channel it went out on.
- **Get channel**: Returns the channel data for channel_id.
- **Get customer**: Returns customer data for customer_id.
- **Get customer messages**: Returns the conversation transcript for customer_id — every message exchanged with the customer.
- **Get field**: Returns the value of field_name for the customer with customer_id.
- **Get message hook**: Returns a single message hook by ID.
- **Get the AI agent schema**: The OpenAPI document of the API that owns agents, as it generates it.
- **Get the bot block catalog**: Every block you can place in a diagram: its params and rules, outputs, defaults, the plan tier it needs and the channels it runs on.
- **Get the bot draft**: The diagram you are editing, its save state, and the violations the last write recorded.
- **Get the conversation-feedback configuration**: Whether the bot asks how the conversation went, and the wording it uses.
- **Get the last published version**: The bot's last publication, answered like any other version.
- **Get the test channel's configuration**: Everything you need to open a conversation with the bot as you are editing it: the tokens to connect with, where the conversation is kept, and the design to draw it in.
- **How a Calendly connection is going**: pending while nobody has answered.
- **How a Google Sheets connection is going**: pending while nobody has answered.
- **How a SendGrid connection is going**: pending while nobody has answered, which includes a person still correcting a key SendGrid refused.
- **Label a published version**: The label is the only thing about a version you can change.
- **List bot draft revisions**: **Not built yet.** There is no such path, so you get a 404 as an HTML page, credentials or not.
- **List bots**: A page of your bots, newest publication first.
- **List Calendly event types**: The event types of the account's Calendly user that take bookings, read from Calendly through the account: the same ones the editor offers.
- **List channels**: Returns the channels in your workspace.
- **List channels (Channels API v2)**: Your channels, newest first.
- **List columns of a spreadsheet tab**: The header row of the tab, one entry per column that has a header: its number counting from 1, which is what selectorValue takes in a block's selectors and reference, and what the header says.
- **List connected Calendly accounts**: The accounts a calendly block can go through, numbered the way its auth_id takes them.
- **List connected Google Sheets accounts**: The accounts a google_spreadsheets block can go through, numbered the way its auth_id takes them.
- **List connected SendGrid accounts**: The accounts an email block can send through, numbered the way its auth_id takes them with useAuth on.
- **List customers**: Returns customers in your workspace.
- **List message hooks**: Lists all message hooks configured on the given channel.
- **List published versions**: A page of the bot's publications, newest first: when, who, and the label if it has one.
- **List spreadsheets of a Google account**: The files the account can reach, as Google Drive identifies them, which is what a block's spreadsheet_id takes.
- **List tabs of a spreadsheet**: Each tab, with its title and its own id.
- **List what an agent knows**: Answers every source of the knowledge, with how far it has been read.
- **List WhatsApp templates**: Returns the WhatsApp templates available to send via POST /customers/{customer_id}/send_template/.
- **Make an agent**: Creates an agent and answers it.
- **Move a bot to the trash, or delete it permanently**: Moves the bot to the trash.
- **Opt customer out**: Deletes the WhatsApp opt-ins for the customer with customer_id.
- **Publish a bot version**: **Publishing is creating a version.** Sent empty, it checks the draft and puts it live.
- **Read an agent**: Answers the agent.
- **Replace an agent**: Replaces the agent **whole**.

- **Send WhatsApp template**: Sends a WhatsApp template message to the customer with customer_id.
- **Set the conversation-feedback configuration**: Replaces the whole configuration.

- **Unarchive customer**: Unarchives the customer with customer_id.
- **Unassign customer**: Unassigns the customer with customer_id.
- **Unblock customer**: Unblocks the customer with customer_id.
- **Update message hook**: Changes a message hook's name, url or token.
- **Update settings, or restore from trash**: Writes only the fields you send.
- **Upload a channel image**: Stores an image and answers its address.
- **Upload a file for a block to show**: Keeps a file as the brand's media and answers the public URL it is served from: what a send_media message takes as its url, or an ask block as its mediaSrc.
- **Write a channel's design**: Send only the fields you are changing.
