# Reply.io integration

- **Add Contact to Sequence**: Enroll an existing contact (by ID) or create a new contact and add them to a sequence.
- **Archive Sequence**: Archive a sequence (sets isArchived=true) without deleting it. Reporting data is retained.
- **Bulk Remove Contacts from Sequence**: Remove multiple contacts from a sequence in a single call.
- **Clear Contact Status**: Clear specific (or all clearable) statuses from a list of contacts.
- **Connect Exchange/Office 365 Account (OAuth)**: Begin the OAuth flow to connect a Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 account; returns a Microsoft authorization URL.
- **Connect Gmail Account (OAuth)**: Begin the OAuth flow to connect a Gmail account; returns a Google authorization URL the user must visit.
- **Create Contact**: Create a new contact in the account. At minimum, provide firstName plus an email or LinkedIn URL.
- **Create Sequence Step**: Append a new step to an existing sequence. Supports Email, Call, Task, SMS, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Condition, and Zapier step types.
- **Delete Contact**: Permanently delete a contact by ID. Returns 204.
- **Delete Email Account**: Disconnect and remove an email account from Reply.io. Returns 204.
- **Delete Schedule**: Permanently delete a sending schedule. Returns 204.
- **Delete Sequence**: Permanently delete a sequence by ID. Returns 204 No Content.
- **Delete User**: Remove a user from the Reply.io team/workspace. Admin-only.
- **Get Contact by ID**: Retrieve a contact's full record including custom fields.
- **Get Contact Status**: List a contact's current statuses, optionally filtered to a single sequence.
- **Get Current User**: Returns the authenticated user's ID — useful as a credential ping.
- **Get Sequence by ID**: Retrieve a sequence's full configuration including steps, settings, schedule, and email accounts.
- **Get Sequence Contacts (Extended)**: List contacts enrolled in a sequence with optional engagement and current-step details.
- **Get Sequence Step by ID**: Retrieve a single sequence step's full configuration including type-specific fields.
- **List Contact Lists**: Return all contact lists in the account.
- **List Contacts**: Paginated list of contacts in the account using page/limit pagination.
- **List Disconnected Email Accounts**: List email accounts that are currently disconnected due to IMAP/SMTP errors.
- **List Email Accounts**: List the email sending accounts connected to Reply.io with optional status filter.
- **List Sequences**: Paginated list of sequences with optional filtering by name, status, owner, folder, or archive flag.
- **List Sequence Steps**: List every step configured on a sequence in execution order.
- **Pause Sequence**: Pause an active sequence so no further steps execute until it is started again.
- **Remove Contact from Sequence**: Remove a single contact from a sequence so they receive no further steps. Returns 204.
- **Search Contacts by Email**: Find contacts by exact email address. Useful for resolving an email to a contact ID.
- **Set Contact Status**: Set the same status on one or more contacts. Some statuses require a sequenceId.
- **Start Sequence**: Activate a sequence currently in New or Paused status so it begins sending again.
- **Update Contact**: Patch an existing contact's fields.
- **Update Email Account**: Update a custom-SMTP/IMAP email account's configuration including server settings, sender name, signature, and daily limits.
