# seven integration

- **Create Contact**: Creates a contact and returns it.
- **Create Group**: Creates a group.
- **Create Subaccount**: Creates a subaccount. Reached via `?action=` on `/subaccounts`; not available while `X-Account-Id` is set.
- **Create Webhook**: Registers a webhook.
- **Delete Active Number**: Deletes a booked number.
- **Delete Contact**: Deletes a contact.
- **Delete Group**: Deletes a group.
- **Delete RCS**: Revokes an RCS message not yet delivered; always returns success, and only works if the device has the `REVOCATION` capability. Not possible with an SMS fallback.
- **Delete SMS**: Deletes scheduled SMS (not yet sent) so they are never sent.
- **Delete Subaccount**: Deletes a subaccount by id. Reached via `?action=` on `/subaccounts`; not available while `X-Account-Id` is set.
- **Delete Webhook**: Deletes a webhook by `id`, or by repeating the `target_url`, `event_type`, `request_method` it was created with.
- **Delete WhatsApp Message**: Deletes a scheduled WhatsApp message before it is sent; sent messages cannot be revoked.

- **Lookup CNAM**: Looks up the caller ID name of a number. Every valid number is charged whether or not a name is found; invalid numbers (code 202) are free. Duplicates in one request are charged once.
- **Lookup Format**: Returns national and international format and the carrier of a number (no porting info).
- **Lookup HLR**: HLR database query for validity, reachability, roaming and carrier of a number. "No roaming" can be reported for a roaming number when the operator uses home routing.
- **Lookup MNP**: Queries the current network operator of a number (mobile number portability).
- **Lookup RCS Capabilities**: Returns the RCS features a number supports. Query before sending RCS. Agents not yet activated can only query their stored test numbers.
- **Order Number**: Orders a phone number, which incurs the setup and recurring fees shown by List Available Numbers.
- **Reactivate Number**: Reactivates a number deleted within the last 14 days, or cancels a scheduled deletion. An unpaid linked invoice is settled from balance.
- **Send RCS**: Sends an RCS message from an agent; check the number with Lookup RCS Capabilities first. Without a `fallback`, undeliverable messages are not resent.
- **Send RCS Event**: Sends a conversation event (read, typing) to a number.
- **Send SMS**: Sends an SMS to one or more recipients, and spends balance. Replies come back per recipient in `messages`; a repeat of the same text and recipient within 180 seconds is rejected (code 402).
- **Send Voice Call**: Places a text-to-speech call per recipient, and spends balance. `text` may be plain text or SSML (`<voice>`, `<say-as>`, `<audio>`, `<dtmf>` tags).
- **Send WhatsApp Event**: Sends read, typing or reaction events; only for messages from the last 7 days.
- **Send WhatsApp Message**: Sends a WhatsApp Business message; the API key needs the `waba` scope and `from` must be a registered sender. Always send JSON. Template requests are validated against approved templates (HTTP 400 `error_message` on mismatch).
- **Set Subaccount Auto Top-up**: Moves credit from the main account to a subaccount whenever it falls below a threshold; `amount` 0 turns it off. Reached via `?action=` on `/subaccounts`; not available while `X-Account-Id` is set.
- **Transfer Subaccount Credit**: Transfers credit once from the main account to a subaccount. Reached via `?action=` on `/subaccounts`; not available while `X-Account-Id` is set.
- **Update Active Number**: Updates the friendly name and incoming-SMS forwarding of a booked number; returns the updated number.
- **Update Contact**: Changes properties of a contact and returns it. `groups`, if sent, must list every group the contact should belong to.
- **Update Group**: Renames a group.
- **Validate Sender ID for Voice**: Starts validation of a phone number as a sender: seven calls the number and the code returned must be entered on its keypad.
