## Tools (90)

- **Add Batch Items**: Add graph episodes and thread messages to a draft batch. Items are appended in request order.

- **Add Fact Triple**: Add a fact triple for a user or group
- **Add members to a managed UserGroup**: Add members to a managed UserGroup
- **Add messages to a thread**: Add messages to a thread.

- **Delete Context Template**: Deletes a context template by template_id.
- **Delete Custom Instructions**: Deletes custom instructions for graphs or project wide defaults.
- **Delete Edge**: Deletes an edge by UUID.
- **Delete Episode**: Deletes an episode by its UUID.
- **Delete Graph**: Deletes a graph. If you would like to delete a user graph, make sure to use user.delete instead.
- **Delete Node**: Deletes a node by UUID.
- **Delete thread**: Deletes a thread.
- **Delete User**: Deletes a user.
- **Delete User Instructions**: Deletes user summary/instructions for users or project wide defaults.
- **Get a UserGroup**: Get a UserGroup
- **Get Batch**: Get a batch summary, including runtime progress when the batch has been processed.
- **Get Context Template**: Retrieves a context template by template_id.
- **Get Edge**: Returns a specific edge by its UUID.
- **Get Episode**: Returns episodes by UUID
- **Get Episodes for a document**: Returns episodes associated with a document on a graph. Documents group episodes as chunks, parallel to how threads group messages.
- **Get Episodes for a thread**: Returns graph episodes associated with a thread. Parallel to get_episodes_for_document for documents.
- **Get Graph**: Returns a graph.
- **Get Graph Document Summaries**: Returns incremental document summaries associated with the graph. Document summaries are derived similarly to thread summaries.
- **Get Graph Edges**: Returns all edges for a graph.
- **Get Graph Episodes**: Returns episodes by graph id.
- **Get Graph Nodes**: Returns all nodes for a graph.
- **Get Graph Observations**: Returns read-only observation nodes for a graph.
- **Get Graph Thread Summaries**: Returns incremental thread summaries associated with the graph.
- **Get messages of a thread**: Returns messages for a thread.
- **Get Node**: Returns a specific node by its UUID.
- **Get Node Neighbors**: Enumerates the distinct entity nodes directly connected to a node, together with the edges connecting each to it.
- **Get Observation**: Returns a specific observation node by UUID. Observation nodes are read-only.
- **Get Subgraph**: Returns the bounded neighborhood of a set of seed nodes as a single {nodes, edges} payload: breadth-first expansion up to a caller-specified depth, subject to explicit budgets, with explicit truncation reporting.
- **Get Task**: Gets a task by its ID
- **Get threads**: Returns all threads.
- **Get thread summary**: Returns the incremental summary generated from messages in the thread. Returns 404 if no summary exists for the thread.
- **Get User**: Returns a user.
- **Get user context**: Returns most relevant context from the user graph (including memory from any/all past threads) based on the content of the past few messages of the given thread.
- **Get User Edges**: Returns all edges for a user.
- **Get User Episodes**: Returns episodes by user id.
- **Get User Node**: Returns a user's node.
- **Get User Nodes**: Returns all nodes for a user
- **Get User Observations**: Returns read-only observation nodes for a user's graph.
- **Get Users**: Returns all users.
- **Get User Threads**: Returns all threads for a user.
- **Get User Thread Summaries**: Returns incremental thread summaries generated from messages in each thread associated with the user's graph.
- **List Batches**: List batches for the current project, optionally filtered by batch status.
- **List Batch Items**: List items in a batch, including derived runtime status when the batch has been processed.
- **List Context Templates**: Lists all context templates.
- **List Custom Instructions**: Lists all custom instructions for a project, user, or graph.
- **List effective UserGroups for a User**: List effective UserGroups for a User
- **List Graph Episodes**: Returns a paginated, filterable list of episodes for a graph.
- **List graph ontology**: Retrieves the current entity and edge types configured for your graph. See the [full documentation](/customizing-graph-structure) for details.
- **List standalone graphs in the graph directory**: Returns a paginated directory of live standalone graphs in the authenticated project. Optional `search` matches `graph_id`, `name`, and `description` (metadata only; not graph contents). Default `pageSize` is 50 (range 1–100). To list users, use `user.list_ordered` instead. See the [graph directory
- **List User Episodes**: Returns a paginated, filterable list of episodes for a user's graph.
- **List UserGroup members**: List UserGroup members
- **List UserGroups**: List UserGroups
- **List User Instructions**: Lists all user summary instructions for a project, user.

- **Remove members from a managed UserGroup**: Remove members from a managed UserGroup
- **Remove one member from a managed UserGroup**: Remove one member from a managed UserGroup
- **Replaces observation steering configuration**: Replaces project, user, or graph steering. An empty configuration clears the project default or removes the user/graph override. Changes affect later materializer runs only. This API is experimental and may change in future releases.
