# Built-in workspace databases for workflows and AI agents

> Every workspace can create hosted SQLite databases that workflows, agents, and members share, with a table browser and CSV export.

Workflows often need to remember things: which leads were already processed, when the last run happened, a running list someone wants to query later. Keeping that state used to mean wiring up a spreadsheet or an outside database. Every workspace can now create its own databases, and the Databases page is in the sidebar for all members.

### How it works

- **Hosted SQLite.** Each database belongs to the workspace rather than one workflow, so one workflow can write rows another reads.
- **Agent tools.** Agents can list, create, inspect, and query databases. They reuse an existing database before creating a new one, check the schema before querying, and add a unique ID column when a workflow must never process the same item twice.
- **When agents use it.** Ask an agent to "track," "keep a list of," or "remember" something, and it reaches for a database and links you to the table it wrote.
- **Browse and export.** View tables in a data grid and export any table to CSV.
- **Isolated by workspace.** Every query is checked against the run's workspace.
- **Metered.** Queries from workflow runs cost $0.000013 each.
