# Credit spend analytics by specialist, resource, and member

Workspace owners ask Analytics two questions: what are we spending credits on, and who is spending them? The old page spread the answers across four tabs. We rebuilt it as a single spend view measured in credits, with runtime and run counts beside spend, since spend alone doesn't measure productivity. An Overview and a Logs tab replace the old Members, Executions, Security, and Usage tabs.

### How it works

- **Toolbar.** A member filter and a rolling window from 24 hours to 90 days. The window, grouping, and filter live in the URL, so a link opens the same view.
- **Tiles.** Credits spent, executions, and AI runtime for the window, each compared with the previous window of the same length.
- **Group by.** Specialist, Resource, Activity, Segment, or Member, as a chart over time and a ranked list. Resource ranks individual workflows, apps, and skills, with a workflow's runs, builds, and upkeep collapsed into one row. Activity groups spend by kind of work and covers 100% of it.
- **Credits or usage.** Switch the unit from credits to AI runtime or operation counts, so an expensive member reads differently from an unproductive one.
- **Logs.** Itemized receipts (what, who, when, credits) right in the page.

### Access

Owners and Admins see the whole workspace; every other member sees only their own spend, enforced on the server for every endpoint behind the page.
