Specialists can search candidates and jobs, move people through pipelines, log notes and activity, and pull placements, timesheets and invoices into workflows and apps. - **Staffing and recruiting agencies:** JobDiva, Avionté, Ceipal, Vincere, Recruit CRM, Recruiterflow, Crelate, Loxo, and Manatal.
- **In-house hiring teams:** iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, Jobvite, Teamtailor, Pinpoint, and Zoho Recruit.
- **HR:** Personio, including its recruiting endpoints.

### How it works

- **Documented from the source.** 2,996 operations, each written from the provider's official API reference and checked against it by a separate review.
- **Checked on connect.** Each credential is confirmed with a sign-in or one read-only call. JobDiva, Personio, Ceipal, and Avionté trade your credentials for a short-lived token first, and a wrong password is sent only once.
- **Your account's address.** Teamtailor asks whether your account is in the EU or North America, Zoho Recruit uses your Zoho data center, and Pinpoint, Loxo, and Vincere use your own account address.
- **Provider-issued access.** iCIMS, Avionté, Jobvite, Ceipal, Recruiterflow, and Vincere issue API credentials on request rather than in their settings, and some plans gate the API: Manatal enables it by default on Enterprise Plus, Crelate and Recruit CRM on Business plans, and Personio on Core Pro.
