Connecting a Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, or Muse subscription to the [Token Tunnel](/token-tunnel) now happens in your own browser, where you are usually already signed in to the provider. Before, the dashboard and the mobile app showed the provider's sign-in inside a remote browser we ran, so you signed in from scratch, password and two-factor code included, in a window that was not your own. Now you open the provider's page in a new tab, approve access there, and bring back one short code.

### How it works

- **Claude** shows a code once you approve. Paste it into the dialog and the connection is saved.
- **ChatGPT, Grok, and Muse** give you a code to enter on the provider's page. The dialog waits and closes by itself once you approve.
- **Gemini** sends your browser to a page that does not load once you approve. That is expected: copy that page's address and paste it into the dialog.
- **Your password never passes through us.** You sign in on the provider's site only. We receive the same kind of sign-in the provider's own coding tools use, keep it encrypted, and use it only for your requests.
- **The same steps on your phone.** The mobile app opens the provider's page in the in-app browser and takes the code with one tap on Paste.

- Reconnecting a signed-out account uses the same steps and keeps the account's sharing.
