Specialists can now build deliverables: a slide deck, a weekly report, a one-pager with real numbers, or a graphic for social. The specialist lays out the pages and writes small data sources that read your connected accounts, such as [Google Sheets](/apps/google-sheets) or [QuickBooks](/apps/quickbooks). It opens on the web and in the [mobile app](/mobile) and is shared like anything else in your workspace.

### How it works

- **Fetched once, shown to everyone.** A refresh runs every data source once, as the deliverable's owner, so opening one is instant and the people you share it with need nothing connected. Refreshing takes run access.
- **Kept current on its own.** Each deliverable says how old its data may get, an hour by default. Opening one older than that fetches again in the background, and Refresh fetches now. A refresh uses credits for its sandbox time, like a workflow run.
- **One failing account doesn't blank the page.** A failing source keeps its last value while the rest update.
- **Read like a PDF.** Pages fit your screen, with thumbnails beside them when there are several, and paging, zoom, and Refresh in one floating bar.
- **Export it as the file you need.** Export PDF prints each page at its own size. A graphic also exports as a sharp PNG, a deck of slides as editable PowerPoint, and a report as editable Word. Charts arrive as editable native charts.

### Also shipped

- Bar, line, area, pie, donut, and sparkline charts, and figure tiles that show the change since the last period.
- A deliverable's card shows its first page as of the latest refresh.
- Deliverables show up in search, and you can @-mention one in a conversation to point the specialist at it.
