# Specialists build what you ask without a Create card

When you ask a specialist for something lasting, such as a workflow that runs every morning, an app your team works in, a deck, or a skill, it now creates it and starts building right away. Before, it stopped on a Create card and waited for you to click Create. That step is gone on the web and in the [mobile app](/mobile).

### How it works

- **It says the plan, then builds.** Before it starts, the specialist says in a line or two what it will set up: when it runs, which of your accounts it reads or changes, and where results go. To change any of that, just reply.
- **The new piece shows in the chat.** As soon as it exists, a card links to the workflow, app, deliverable, or skill, so you can open it while the specialist keeps working.
- **A new specialist still asks first.** In its first conversation it asks what it needs to know about the work before it builds anything.
- **Changing what already runs still needs your word.** Moving when a workflow runs, or what it reaches, waits for your yes.
- **A custom API starts the same way.** A private integration's draft is created at once, then the specialist researches and documents it.
