# Member usage reports read as one page, PDF included

> A member’s usage report opens with what they did in plain words, then where their credits went and what they ran. The PDF export matches it on one page.

Each member of your workspace has a usage report, opened from their profile under Workspace. It now reads top to bottom like a one-page summary: a sentence on what they did in the period, the four figures that matter, where their credits went, what they ran, and what they own. The PDF export draws the same report, section for section, so what you send to a manager or a finance team matches what you see.

### How it works

- **One opening sentence.** For example, "In the last 30 days, Sam spent 2,000 credits, ran workflows 40 times and sent 120 messages across 12 conversations."
- **Figures against the period before.** Credits spent, workflow runs, and AI runtime each show their change against the previous 7, 30, or 90 days. Messages show how many conversations they span.
- **Where the credits went.** Credits per day across the period, beside the specialists that spent them, most first. See [pricing](/pricing) for how credits are counted.
- **What they ran.** Their busiest workflows and apps, their own and ones shared with them, then the skills they built. Each list shows the top eight and counts the rest.
- **What they own.** Specialists, workflows, apps, deliverables, skills, and connections, as of today.

### Also shipped

- The PDF fits on a single page, however many workflows a member has.
