# Getting Started checklist shows each step in action

> The sidebar checklist now plays a short clip of each step, closes with one click on every device, and comes back from the account menu.

The Getting Started checklist now sits at the bottom of the sidebar, just above your name. It lists the three things that make General Input useful on day one: connecting an integration, connecting your AI subscriptions, and creating your first specialist. A bar shows how far along you are, and each step ticks itself off as soon as you do it, wherever you do it.

### How it works

- **A short clip for every step.** Click a step and its dialog plays a few seconds of that step in the product: finding [Gmail](/apps/gmail) and connecting it, signing in with a Claude plan so its models come online, or typing a job on New task and watching a new specialist ask its first question. One button takes you there, or you can skip the step.
- **Close it once, everywhere.** The cross hides the checklist on every device you use, not only in this browser.
- **Bring it back any time.** Finish getting started in the account menu reopens it, even after every step is done.
- **Your plan before your credits.** Connecting a Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini subscription lets specialists run on the plan you already pay for. See [Token Tunnel](/token-tunnel) for how that works.
