# Daily Gmail drafts for companies that visited your pricing page

> Every morning, find the companies that visited your pricing or demo page yesterday, identify the right buyer, and stage a personalised email in Gmail drafts for one-click review.

## What it does

- Every morning at 7:30am, pulls the list of companies that hit your pricing or demo page yesterday from your Leadfeeder custom feed.
- For each company, finds the most relevant buyer using your target seniorities (VP, Director, Head Of in revenue, sales, marketing, or ops) and pulls a verified work email.
- Drafts a short, personalised outreach email that references the exact pages the visitor looked at, ties to a benefit relevant to their role, and ends with a low-friction CTA.
- Drops each email into your Gmail drafts folder so you can review, tweak, and one-click send instead of anything going out automatically.

## What you'll need

- A Leadfeeder account with a custom feed for your pricing and demo page visitors (or any feed you want to work from).
- An Apollo account with credits for contact lookups and verified email enrichment.
- A Gmail account connected to the inbox you want the drafts to land in.
- A rough sketch of your buyer persona, so the agent knows whose seniority and function to target on each account.

## Prompt

Every morning at 7:30am, draft personalised outbound emails in Gmail for the companies that hit our pricing or demo page yesterday. The emails should land in my Gmail drafts folder for human review and one-click send, not be sent automatically.

Trigger: cron, every day at 7:30am in my local timezone.

Step 1: Call Leadfeeder's List Leads against my custom feed named "Pricing and Demo Visitors" for yesterday's date range (start_date and end_date both set to yesterday). Cap the day at the top 10 companies (rank by total visits or time-on-site if available). If the feed name is not known at build time, ask me which custom feed to use.

Step 2: For each lead, call Leadfeeder's List Visits For Lead to grab the specific page paths and time-on-page from yesterday's session(s). Keep this so the email can reference exactly what they looked at (for example, "saw your team was looking at our pricing page yesterday" or "noticed someone spent a few minutes on the demo page").

Step 3: For each company, call Apollo's People Search filtered by the company domain and a target seniority set of VP, Director, and Head Of, within the revenue, sales, marketing, or operations functions, picking whichever fits the buyer persona best. Use your judgement to pick the single best contact per company based on title fit. Note: People Search does not return emails.

Step 4: Call Apollo's People Enrichment on the chosen contact to retrieve a verified work email. If no verified email comes back, skip that company for the day rather than guessing.

Step 5: Generate a short personalised outreach email (subject and body). The opening line should softly reference the visit and the specific page(s). The middle should connect a benefit relevant to the contact's role and function (revenue, sales, marketing, or ops). The close should be a low-friction CTA (for example, a single yes/no question or a 15-minute call offer). Keep it under 120 words and conversational, not formal.

Step 6: Call Gmail's Create a Draft for the authenticated user, with the verified email as the To address, the generated subject, and the generated body. Do not send. Drafts only.

Guardrails: cap at 10 companies per run to keep Apollo credits bounded. Skip any company where we cannot find a verified email. Do not draft to generic role addresses like info@ or sales@ unless I explicitly enable that as a fallback. Do not draft duplicates for the same company within a 30-day window (track recent recipients so we do not re-poke the same buyer).

Tell me my buyer persona once during setup (industry, company size, what we sell, and the role we typically pitch) so the agent can pick the right Apollo contact and write a relevant benefit.

## How to customize

- Change the schedule (later in the morning, weekdays only, or a few times a day) to match your team's rhythm.
- Swap which Leadfeeder feed it reads from, for example a careers page or a feature page instead of pricing and demo.
- Tweak the buyer persona, the seniorities the agent targets, or the daily cap on companies to control credit usage.
- Adjust the tone, opening line, and call to action of the email to match how your team actually writes outbound.

## FAQ

### Will the emails actually send automatically?

No. Every email lands in your Gmail drafts folder so you can read it, edit anything that feels off, and hit send yourself. Nothing goes to a prospect without your review.

### What if Apollo cannot find a verified email for a company?

The agent skips that company for the day rather than drafting an email to a guess. You can ask it to fall back to a generic role-based address if you prefer, but the default keeps your sender reputation clean.

### How does it know which page someone visited?

Leadfeeder tracks the specific pages each company viewed and how long they spent on each one. The agent reads that history and works it into the email so the opening line references what they actually looked at.

### Can I cap how many emails get drafted per day?

Yes. By default it caps at the top 10 companies per day to keep Apollo credit usage predictable. You can raise or lower that number when you set the workflow up.

### Which custom feed should I point it at in Leadfeeder?

Most teams create a saved feed in Leadfeeder that filters visitors to high-intent pages like pricing, demo, and request-a-quote. Point the workflow at that feed and it will only act on the visits that signal buying intent.
