Bitwarden
Public API for Bitwarden organization management — members, groups, collections, policies, event logs, and subscription seats.
Three ways to use Bitwarden
Chat with Geni
Ask Geni to pull data, take actions, or answer questions using this integration in a conversation.
Build a workflow
Create automated workflows that trigger on events, run on a schedule, or chain multiple tools together.
Power an app
Use this integration as a data source or action layer behind a dashboard, form, or internal tool.
Supported tools
Actions your AI agents can perform with Bitwarden.
Create Group
Create a group and assign it collections with per-collection permission flags.
Create Member
Invite a user to the organization with a role, collection access, and group membership.
Delete Collection
Permanently delete a collection and everything filed only in it.
Delete Group
Permanently delete a group without removing its members from the organization.
Import Members and Groups
Bulk sync members and groups from an external directory by external id, appending or overwriting.
List Collections
List every collection in the organization, without their group assignments.
Supported triggers
Start a workflow when something happens in Bitwarden.
New Event in Bitwarden
Triggers on new organization event log entries (logins, vault item access, member and policy changes). Requires a Teams or Enterprise plan. Filter by numeric event type codes (e.g. "1000, 1001" for user logins, "1115" for vault exports) or leave empty to fire on every event.

Prompts using Bitwarden
Trace who can reach each Bitwarden collection and how
Pick a collection and see every person who can open it, whether they got there directly or through a group, and fix the risky ones on the spot.
Grant Bitwarden access to new hires and role changers
See who has vault access and who does not, pick a saved access template, preview exactly what it grants, and send the invite without guessing at groups.
Handle Bitwarden access requests without the Slack chase
A request form plus an approval queue that shows what each person already has, applies the change in Bitwarden, and logs every decision.
Search your Bitwarden audit log and check leavers in plain English
Turn raw Bitwarden activity records into readable history you can search by person, date and action, then save what matters as evidence.
See every Bitwarden group and collection on one screen
A single grid of who can reach what in your password manager, with edits you can make in place instead of opening every group.
Find the Bitwarden seats nobody uses and stop paying for them
Once a month we check every password manager account for real activity, then hand you a costed list of the seats you can safely stop paying for.
Revoke Bitwarden access when someone leaves in BambooHR
Every weekday morning we compare your password vault against your HR records and suspend access for anyone who has already left.
Daily Bitwarden security briefing for your Slack channel
Every morning at 8am, read the last day of Bitwarden organization activity, flag only the risky moments, and post a short brief to Slack.
