Privacy Policy
Last updated on March 7, 2026.
This Privacy Policy describes how Parla FM, doing business as General Input ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and shares your information when you use our websites, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). This policy applies to all data processed through the Services, including data obtained from third-party integrations.
Data We Access and Collect
When you connect third-party accounts to General Input, we access data from those services solely to execute the automated workflows you configure. The specific types of data accessed depend on the integrations you enable and may include:
- Third-party service data: Data from services you connect via OAuth or API key, such as email messages, calendar events, spreadsheets, documents, files, contacts, chat messages, and other content — depending on the services and permissions you authorize.
- Account profile information: Your name and email address from connected accounts, used to identify your credentials within the platform.
- Workflow execution data: Inputs, outputs, and logs generated when your workflows run, including any data fetched from or sent to connected services.
- Usage data: Information about how you interact with the Services, including pages visited, features used, and workflow execution history.
How We Use Your Data
We use the data we access and collect for the following purposes:
- Executing workflows: Reading from and writing to your connected services as directed by the workflows you create and configure.
- Providing the Services: Operating, maintaining, and improving the platform, including authentication, access logging, and error diagnostics.
- Displaying results: Showing workflow outputs, dashboards, and execution history within the platform.
- Security and compliance: Monitoring for unauthorized access and maintaining audit logs of credential usage.
We do not use your data to serve advertisements. We do not use data from connected third-party services for training artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- With third-party services you connect: When your workflow sends data to another service (e.g., sending an email, updating a spreadsheet, posting a message), that data is transmitted to the relevant service as you directed.
- AI model providers: When your workflow uses an AI step, the relevant workflow data is sent to the AI model provider (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI) to generate a response. No OAuth tokens or credentials are shared with AI providers.
- Infrastructure providers: We use cloud infrastructure providers to host and operate the Services. These providers may process data as part of providing their hosting services, subject to their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Data Storage and Protection
We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it:
- All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS).
- OAuth tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption before being stored in our database.
- Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud providers with network-level isolation and access controls.
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by multi-factor authentication.
- Credential access is logged and auditable through the Security page within the platform.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. Specifically:
- OAuth credentials: Stored until you disconnect the integration or delete your account.
- Workflow execution data: Retained to provide execution history and debugging capabilities. You may delete individual workflows and their associated data at any time.
- Account data: Retained until you request account deletion.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at legal@generalinput.com. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete your personal data and revoke all stored OAuth tokens within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Google API Services Disclosure
General Input's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
