Changelog
AI usage analytics per member, with PDF and CSV reports
The new Analytics page shows who in a workspace is using AI and for what. It replaces the separate executions, usage, and security audit pages with one view, and adds a Members section that ranks every active member by what they built and ran.
How it works
- One page, one toolbar. Executions (success rates, runs by workflow), usage (spend over time with receipts), and security (audit logs) share one time window, from 24 hours to 90 days, and a member filter.
- The member table. One row per member: the code workflows, agent workflows, apps, and skills they own, plus executions, chat messages, building iterations, tokens, and credits spent in the window. Columns sort, and pending invites appear on the workspace view.
- Reports. Export the table as a branded PDF or CSV. Each member also has a profile PDF covering their totals, what they've built, and a token breakdown by prompt, completion, cache read, and cache write.
- Access. Everyone can see and download their own row; seeing anyone else requires the usage audit permission.
Also shipped
- Resource pages open full screen, and list pages became document-style lists with thumbnails.
- Update an API key in place instead of deleting and re-adding it, so bound workflows keep working.
- Sharing an app or skill sends its own notification with a direct link.
