Hosted Token Tunnel: your AI plan, no desktop app needed
Running agents on your own AI subscription used to mean keeping General Input Desktop open on a computer that stayed online. The hosted Token Tunnel runs that connection in our cloud instead. In Settings, under AI connections, sign in to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok once, and those models appear in the model picker in every workspace where you're an active member. New members can connect a subscription during onboarding, and the iPhone app has the same page.
How it works
- Sign in on the provider's own pages. Sign-in runs in a hosted browser framed by the dashboard, using the provider's standard secure flow, and only the provider's own pages can open.
- One isolated connection per person. Each person's connection runs in its own isolated environment, walled off from everyone else's, with credentials encrypted and bound to their owner.
- Several subscriptions stack. Requests rotate across every account you connect for a provider, and a rate-limited account fails over to another within the same request. When all are limited, the error says when they reset, and Auto routes to another model.
- Accounts leave only on the provider's word. An account is removed only when the provider rejects it, and you get an email.
- Updates don't cut streams. In-flight chats finish before a host is replaced, and every proxy update must answer a real chat on all four providers before it ships.
