Specialists reply in short, plain messages
Specialists used to answer with long, detailed replies, often in technical language. They now reply the way a sharp colleague texts: a few short sentences that read in seconds on a phone, leading with the answer. When you want more, ask ("why?", "walk me through it") and your specialist goes deeper. Anything long, like a report or a full breakdown, arrives as a file you can open instead of a wall of text.
How it works
- Everyday words by default. Specialists leave out technical terms, file names, and ids unless you write that way yourself or your personal memory says you prefer it.
- Shorter build summaries. When a specialist finishes a workflow or app, it closes with a line per piece and one plain line on what it tested and what it has not tested yet.
- Shorter plans. A new specialist's first plan gives one line per piece, and when each runs and which accounts it touches stay on its Create card.
- Replies after a run. If you reply in a workflow run's thread, the run answers you in the same short, plain style.
