Subscription alerts, and how much of each plan is left

When a subscription you connected through the Token Tunnel stops working, we now tell you right away by email and in the mobile app, and say why: the provider signed it out, stopped accepting its sign-in, or it reached a usage limit. If nothing else you connected can take over, the notice also says your specialists have moved to General Input's models and are spending credits until it is back, so a disconnected plan never quietly becomes a bill. The Subscriptions page now shows how much of each plan's limits is left, with a meter for every window your provider meters and when each one resets.

How it works

  • Every reason, one notice. A sign-out, a sign-in the provider stopped accepting, and a reached limit each send one notice with a Reconnect or See usage link. It lives under Subscription stopped working in notification settings.
  • A limit is announced once. You hear about a limit when it is reached, with when it resets in your own time zone, and not again before that reset.
  • Credits only when it is true. The notice mentions credits only when no other subscription of yours can serve and your workspace runs on General Input's models.
  • Usage you can read at a glance. Each account lists its plan and its limits, such as the 5-hour and weekly windows, as a percent left with the time it resets. A provider row shows its percent left while collapsed, on the dashboard and in the mobile app.

Also shipped

  • Usage reads as fresh once a window resets, and says when it was last updated.
