Changelog
Sidebar specialists open into their recent conversations
Each specialist in the dashboard sidebar now opens into your recent conversations with it, the way a mail app opens a thread. A small count and arrow under the time say how many there are. Click it and the specialist's row becomes a panel listing every conversation from the last five days, plus any still working or waiting on you. When two or more of a specialist's conversations need you, its panel opens by itself.
How it works
- Opening and closing. Click the count beside a specialist to open or close its panel. Each row shows the conversation's title, its latest message, and when it last moved, with a workflow's or app's picture for a conversation about one of them.
- Opens when something changes. A panel opens on its own when a conversation starts working or gets a reply and at least two need you. Close it and it stays closed until something new happens.
- The specialist's page. With its panel open, a specialist's row says how many conversations it holds and opens the specialist's own page.
- Actions on right click. New conversation, mark as read, and pin now open with a right click on a specialist's row.
Also shipped
- In a conversation, the count of your other conversations that need you, and the spinner while one works, now sit on the conversation picker at the top left.
- Conversation lists, like Home's recent conversations, use the sidebar's tighter type and face sizes, so a specialist looks the same everywhere.
