Enterprise plans: per-seat pricing and unlimited usage

Enterprise plans now come in more shapes. A plan can be one flat monthly price, or priced per seat with a seat minimum and an optional maximum agreed with your team. Either kind can also be unlimited, which means your workspace runs without credits at all. See plans on the pricing page.

How it works

• Per-seat plans. Your plan starts at the seats you agreed, and an admin can add more from the upgrade screen up to any maximum on the plan. The prorated difference is charged immediately, the same way it works on Business.
• Removing seats. Contact us to reduce seats, as on Business. The seat picker never goes below your plan's minimum or the people already in your workspace.
• Unlimited plans. Nothing spends credits, so a workspace is never held behind the out-of-credits page, gets no low-balance reminders, and never tops up automatically.
• No credits on screen. Balances, run costs, and credit charts are gone from the dashboard and the iPhone app, and your agents won't mention them. Billing still shows your plan, card, and invoices.
• Connected subscriptions. Unlimited plans work alongside a connected AI subscription. If it stops serving, hosted models keep your work running.
