Flag churn and expansion signals from Google Meet calls in Salesforce
Every weekday at 8am, scan yesterday's customer calls for risk and growth signals, log a Salesforce task on the account, and ping the right CSM in Slack.
Every weekday at 8am, scan yesterday's Google Meet customer calls for churn and expansion signals, then push the findings into Salesforce and ping the right CSM in Slack.
Use Google Meet List Conference Records to find calls that ended in the last 24 hours, then List Transcripts and List Transcript Entries to read what was actually said on each call.
For each call, match the external attendee's email domain to a Salesforce account using a SOQL Query (or Get Many Accounts). Then have the agent classify the call as healthy, at risk, or expansion opportunity by looking for concrete signals like budget cuts, sponsor changes, competitive mentions, contract complaints, missed value moments, or buy more requests.
Create a Salesforce Task on the matching account with the risk level, the two or three most telling quoted signals from the transcript, and a recommended next step for the CSM.
For any call rated at risk, also Send a Slack Message to the account owner in a configurable channel summarizing the call and tagging them so they see it.
Skip internal only meetings where every attendee is on the same workspace domain. Skip accounts that already have an open Task from this workflow in the last 7 days so the CSM does not get duplicate noise.
