Monthly influencer roster health check in Slack
On the first business day of every month, audit your active creator roster on Modash and post a healthy, watch, and drop summary to Slack before you re-spend.
Build me an agent workflow that runs a monthly health check on my active creator roster so I catch declining partners before I re-spend with them. Trigger: cron, scheduled to fire on the first business day of every month at 9am in my local timezone.
Source data: my active creator list lives in a Google Sheet. Use the Get Values operation to read the sheet (I will provide the spreadsheet ID and the tab range). Each row has three columns: the creator handle, the platform (Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube), and the date of our last collab. Skip the header row.
For each row, pull a fresh Modash profile report using the operation that matches the row's platform: Get Instagram Influencer Report for Instagram handles, Get TikTok Influencer Report for TikTok, and Get YouTube Influencer Report for YouTube. Hand the report's username/handle straight from the sheet. One profile report per creator per run, nothing else.
From each report, reason about creator health using these signals: engagement rate trend versus the creator's prior baseline, fake-follower or credibility score and any meaningful rise, audience country and age mix and whether it has drifted away from our target demo, and recent posting cadence (look for a posting gap since the last collab date on the sheet).
Group every creator into one of three tiers: healthy, watch, or drop. Give each creator a one-line reason that cites the specific signal driving the call (for example: "engagement down 35% versus 90-day baseline" or "fake-follower rate climbed from 8% to 19%" or "no posts in 47 days since our last collab").
Post the prioritized summary to Slack using the Send a Message operation on the Slack Bot integration. I will provide the channel. Format it with Slack mrkdwn. Lead with the drop tier, then the watch tier, then a short one-liner with the healthy count at the bottom. Each creator line should include their handle, platform, tier, and the one-line reason. If any rows could not be looked up (handle not found, private account), list them at the very bottom under a "could not check" section so I can fix the sheet.
Credit guardrail: exactly one profile report per creator per month. Do not call audience-overlap, search, or AI endpoints. If Modash returns a 429 or a 5xx, back off and retry the same creator before moving on.
Additional information
What does this prompt do?
- Pulls your active creator list from a Google Sheet on the first business day of every month and runs a fresh health check on each Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube creator on Modash.
- Looks at engagement trend, fake-follower share, audience country and age mix, and recent posting cadence to flag who is fading before you spend again.
- Groups every creator into healthy, watch, and drop tiers with a one-line reason per name so your marketing lead can act on the riskiest creators first.
- Posts the prioritized summary to your chosen Slack channel, leading with the drop and watch tiers.
What do I need to use this?
- A Modash account with API access enabled on your plan.
- A Google Sheet with your active creators, with one column for the creator handle, one for the platform (Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube), and one for the date of your last collab.
- A Slack workspace and the channel you want the summary posted to.
How can I customize it?
- Change the cadence (e.g. fortnightly, the first Monday of each month, or the week before quarterly planning).
- Tune what counts as watch or drop: engagement drop threshold, fake-follower cutoff, posting-gap days, or how much audience drift from your target country and age mix is acceptable.
- Point the summary at a different Slack channel, or split it into two messages so drops post first and watches post in a follow-up.
