Build me an internal partner tier review board that my partner manager works through each quarter to decide which Introw partners get promoted, demoted, or put on a performance plan. The main screen is a board of cards, one card per partner, grouped into columns by tier. Load the roster with the Introw List Partners operation, following the cursor pagination until it is exhausted, and pull full detail for a selected partner with Get a Partner. Every partner in the organisation should appear, including the ones with no activity at all, because dormant partners sitting in a high tier are exactly what this review is meant to catch.

Each card carries the numbers the decision actually depends on: partner-sourced revenue for each of the last two closed quarters, total commissions earned, payouts paid to date, months since the partner's last closed-won deal, and the partner's current lifecycle phase and owner. Get sourced revenue from HubSpot: take the domain from the Introw partner record, find the matching company with HubSpot Search Companies filtered on the domain property, confirm it with Get Company, then run Search Deals filtered to that associated company with a closed-won deal stage and a close date inside each quarter window, summing the deal amounts. Use Get Deal to list the individual deals when the manager opens a card. Commission totals come from Introw List Commission Lines filtered by partner: sum the line amounts, exclude any line with status VOIDED, and show expected, pending, and in-payout separately so the manager can tell booked money from earned money. Payouts to date come from List Payouts filtered by partner, counting only payouts that have reached the PAID stage. Introw returns money as decimal strings paired with an ISO currency code, so parse them carefully and never mix currencies into one total without labelling it.

Make the promotion criteria explicit rather than leaving the manager to eyeball it. Let me define each tier with a short list of five to seven plain-language criteria that blend outcomes (sourced revenue across the trailing two quarters, count of closed-won deals, commission earned) with capability and activity signals (a closed deal within the last N months, a named owner, a completed lifecycle phase). Store that threshold configuration inside the app so I can edit it without rebuilding. Every card then shows a compact readout of that partner against the thresholds for the next tier up, each criterion marked met or not met with the size of the gap where it is not, plus a clear flag on any partner who no longer clears the bar for the tier they are already in.

Let me sort and filter the board by sourced revenue, total commission, or months since last closed deal, and filter by owner, lifecycle phase, and a "below the bar for current tier" toggle. Sorting reorders cards inside their columns rather than flattening the tier grouping.

Dragging a card from one column to another is a real write: call Introw Update a Partner to set the new tier, behind a confirmation step that names the partner, the old tier, and the new tier, and roll the card back visually if the call fails. Each card also has a phase selector and an owner selector that write the lifecycle phase and the owner through that same Update a Partner operation. Keep an in-app log of every tier, phase, and owner change with who made it and when, so the quarter's decisions stay auditable.

Add a "Prepare review brief" button on each card that starts a background agent for that partner. The agent pulls the partner record with Get a Partner, the deal history from HubSpot with Search Deals and Get Deal, and the commission and payout record with List Commission Lines and List Payouts, then searches the web for recent news about the partner's company and any sign their business has shifted, such as a funding round, an acquisition, layoffs, a new focus area, or a competing partnership. It writes a one-page brief containing a short performance summary, the trend across the last two quarters, the outside signal it found with source links, a recommended action of promote, hold, demote, or performance plan, and the reasoning behind it. The brief is written back into the app and stored against that partner so it shows on the card with its generated date and opens in full on click. Show a running status on the card while the agent works, and let several briefs run at once.

From an open brief, give me a "Post to Slack" action that sends it to a channel I choose using the Slack Send a Message operation, formatted in Slack markdown with the headline numbers and the recommendation at the top, so the review call has context before it starts. The audience is one or two partner managers working through the whole roster in a sitting, so keep the board dense and information-first: the numbers should be legible on the card face, not hidden behind clicks.

What does this prompt do?

  • Lays every partner out on one board, grouped into columns by tier, with sourced revenue, commissions earned, payouts paid, and months since their last closed deal right on the card.
  • Scores each partner against the written criteria for the next tier up, so promotions are earned on the numbers and dormant partners sitting in a high tier are obvious.
  • Drag a card to another column to change that partner's tier for real, and set their lifecycle phase and owner from the card itself.
  • Hit Prepare review brief and an assistant researches the partner's deals, payouts, and recent company news, then writes a one-page recommendation onto the card that you can post to Slack before the call.

What do I need to use this?

  • An Introw login with permission to view and edit partners, and to view commissions and payouts.
  • A HubSpot account where your partner-sourced deals live, with company website domains filled in so partners can be matched to their deals.
  • A Slack workspace, if you want to post review briefs to a channel before the call.
  • Your tier names and a rough idea of the criteria for each one. You can refine them inside the app.

How can I customize it?

  • Rename the tiers and rewrite the criteria for each one, including the revenue and activity thresholds a partner has to clear to move up.
  • Change the revenue window (it looks at the last two closed quarters by default) and the dormancy cutoff that flags an inactive partner.
  • Choose which Slack channel briefs get posted to, and what each brief covers.

FAQs

How does it know which deals belong to which partner?
It takes the website domain on the partner's Introw record, finds the matching company in HubSpot, and counts the closed-won deals against that company inside the quarter you are reviewing. Keeping partner domains accurate in Introw is what makes the revenue numbers trustworthy.
Does moving a card actually change the tier in Introw?
Yes. Dragging a card between columns updates the partner's tier on their Introw record, after a confirmation that names the partner and both tiers. The change is logged in the app with who made it and when, and the card rolls back if the update fails.
Do I have to use HubSpot?
HubSpot is where the sourced revenue figures come from. Without it you would still get tiers, phases, commissions, and payouts from Introw, but the revenue columns would be empty. If your deals live in another CRM, the same matching approach can be pointed at it instead.
How long does a review brief take to appear?
The brief runs in the background, usually a minute or two, and the card shows a status while it works. You can start several at once and they land on their cards as they finish, so you can queue up the whole board before a review session.
Can we use this with two tiers, or five?
Yes. The tier columns and the criteria attached to each one are yours to configure, so a simple two-tier program and a five-tier program both work. Three tiers with five to seven plain-language criteria each is a common starting point.
