Turn Typeform creator applications into vetted HubSpot contacts

Every Typeform creator submission gets audited with HypeAuditor, summarized for brand fit, and upserted into HubSpot with the right lifecycle stage.

PromptCreate

Build an agent workflow that turns inbound creator partnership applications into enriched HubSpot contacts automatically.

Trigger: a Typeform webhook that fires when a creator submits my partnership-application form. The form collects four fields: full name, email, social handle, and platform (either Instagram or TikTok). Configure the trigger as an incoming webhook from Typeform so it runs the moment a response is submitted.

When the webhook fires, the agent should:

1. Read the handle and platform from the Typeform payload.

2. Pull a fresh HypeAuditor audit for that handle. If the platform is Instagram, call HypeAuditor's Get Instagram Report. If the platform is TikTok, call Get TikTok Report. Pin the request to the current report schema (v=2). Extract these signals from the report: follower count, engagement rate, audience authenticity score, top three audience countries with their share, dominant audience age bracket, and any brand-affinity or interest signals the report exposes. If HypeAuditor returns 202 Accepted, wait the retryTtl seconds and retry the same call. If the account is private, deleted, or not found, capture that failure mode so we can still file the contact with an explanation.

3. Write a two to three sentence creator fit summary in plain English. The summary should say whether this creator looks like a good brand fit and why, weighing audience quality, engagement, and audience geography against what we are looking for. Keep it short enough to read inside a HubSpot note preview.

4. Decide the lifecycle stage. Default the contact to qualified. Downgrade to needs human review when any of these are true: audience authenticity is below 60, the audience country mix or dominant age bracket materially disagrees with what the applicant claimed on the Typeform, or the HypeAuditor audit could not be completed (private, not found, or low-confidence report).

5. Upsert the contact into HubSpot using Batch Upsert Contacts keyed by email. Populate the standard contact properties (email, first name, last name) plus these custom properties: follower count, engagement rate, audience authenticity score, primary audience country, social platform, social handle, and a long-text creator fit summary. Set the lifecycle stage to either qualified or needs human review based on step 4.

Notes for the agent: HypeAuditor uses two custom headers (X-Auth-Id and X-Auth-Token) and charges one credit per report (refunded on private or restricted accounts). HubSpot's batch upsert accepts up to 100 contacts per call but this workflow only handles one application per run. The custom HubSpot properties (follower count, engagement rate, audience authenticity score, primary audience country, creator fit summary) must already exist on the contact object; if any are missing, surface a clear error instead of silently dropping the value.

What does this prompt do?

  • Catches every new creator partnership application from your Typeform the moment it is submitted.
  • Pulls a fresh HypeAuditor audit of the creator's Instagram or TikTok handle, including follower count, engagement rate, audience authenticity, top audience countries, and age mix.
  • Writes a two to three sentence brand fit summary so your team can decide at a glance without opening another tab.
  • Creates or updates the contact in HubSpot, keyed by email, with both standard fields and custom properties for the audit metrics and the fit note.
  • Flags risky applications as needs human review when authenticity is low or the audience does not match what the creator claimed on the form.

What do I need to use this?

  • A Typeform creator partnership application that collects name, email, social handle, and platform (Instagram or TikTok).
  • A HypeAuditor plan that includes API access (the Zapier API Key in your HypeAuditor settings).
  • A HubSpot account where you can add custom contact properties for follower count, engagement rate, authenticity score, primary audience country, and the creator fit summary.

How can I customize it?

  • Change the authenticity threshold. The default flags anything under 60 for human review, but you can raise or lower it to match how strict your brand is.
  • Adjust the audience match rule. Add country, age, or gender checks that matter for your product so applications get the right lifecycle stage.
  • Tune the fit summary tone. Tell the agent which brand pillars to weigh (style, niche, prior partnerships) so the note reads the way your team thinks.

FAQs

What platforms does this support out of the box?
Instagram and TikTok. The agent reads the platform field from your Typeform application and routes to the matching HypeAuditor report. Add a YouTube or X branch later if you need it.
Will it create duplicates if a creator applies twice?
No. The HubSpot step upserts by email, so a second application for the same address updates the existing contact with the freshest audit instead of creating a new record.
What happens if the handle is private or HypeAuditor cannot find it?
The contact still lands in HubSpot, but it gets tagged needs human review and the fit summary explains that the audit could not be completed so a teammate can chase the creator for a different handle.
Does it work without custom HubSpot properties?
It will run, but the audit metrics will not have anywhere to go. We recommend adding five custom contact properties (follower count, engagement rate, audience authenticity, primary audience country, creator fit summary) before turning it on.
How does it decide if the stated audience matches?
The agent compares what the applicant told you about their audience to what HypeAuditor measured. Big gaps on country mix or age bracket push the contact into needs human review instead of qualified.
