Turn your best TikTok ad into three fresh video variants
Every Monday, we find your top performing TikTok ad from the last two weeks and produce three new cinematic versions of it for your team to review.
Every Monday at 8am, find my single best performing TikTok ad from the last 14 days and produce three fresh cinematic variants of that winning concept with Higgsfield, so I can keep a proven angle alive instead of letting it burn out.
Start with the TikTok Ads Run Synchronous Report operation to pull per ad performance for the trailing 14 days. Request spend, impressions, clicks, CTR and conversions at the ad level, so I am comparing individual creatives rather than whole campaigns or ad groups.
Pick the winner by CTR and conversions together, favoring the ad that does well on both rather than one that spikes on a single metric. Before ranking anything, drop every ad that spent less than 200 in my account currency across the window, so low volume noise can never win. Make that spend floor easy for me to change later. If no ad clears the floor, skip generation entirely and post a short Slack note saying there was not enough volume to pick a trustworthy winner this week.
Read the winning ad's name and its numbers to infer the selling angle it is working, then call Higgsfield List Soul Styles and choose one style that suits that concept. Use Generate Image with Soul (Text-to-Image) three times to create three new hero stills that reinterpret the same selling angle with three different opening hooks. Keep the same Soul style across all three so they read as one campaign, and vary the hook, the framing and the subject moment instead.
Then call Higgsfield List Motions and pick three different motion preset ids from that list. Animate each still with Generate Video with DoP (Image-to-Video, Motion Presets), deliberately assigning a different motion preset to each variant so the three clips do not feel like the same ad recut.
Generation is asynchronous. Every submit returns a request id, so poll Get Request Status on each job until it reaches a terminal state. Keep polling while the status is queued or in_progress, and stop at completed, failed or nsfw. Skip anything that comes back failed or nsfw, but record which variant it was and why it dropped out, and report those misses in the final message rather than silently shipping fewer clips than promised.
Save every finished clip to a dated weekly folder in Google Drive named for the week the run covers, for example "TikTok Ad Variants / Week of 2026-08-10". Create that folder with Create Folder if it does not already exist, then upload each clip with Upload File (Multipart). Multipart uploads are capped at 5MB, so fall back to Upload File (Resumable) for any clip larger than that. Use Create Permission on the uploaded files so my media buyer can actually open the links I send.
Finish by posting one Slack message with Send a Message to my media buyer's channel. Name the winning ad, list its key numbers for the 14 day window (spend, impressions, clicks, CTR and conversions), describe the hook and the motion preset behind each of the three variants, and link to all three clips in Drive. Call out any variant that failed or was blocked so the gap is visible rather than hidden.
Do not publish anything to TikTok. This workflow produces finished assets and hands them to a human to approve and upload manually.
What does this prompt do?
- Looks at how every TikTok ad performed over the last 14 days and crowns the single best one on click through rate and conversions together
- Ignores any ad that barely spent, so a fluke result from a tiny audience never gets treated as your winner
- Creates three new hero images that sell the same winning angle with three different opening hooks, then turns each one into its own short cinematic clip with a different camera movement so they do not look like copies of each other
- Files the finished clips in a dated weekly folder in Google Drive and posts one Slack message with the winner's numbers and links to all three versions
What do I need to use this?
- A TikTok Ads account with at least a couple of weeks of ad history to compare
- A Higgsfield account for the image and video generation
- A Google Drive account where the finished clips get filed
- A Slack workspace and the channel where your media buyer should be notified
How can I customize it?
- Change the day and time it runs, or widen the two week window it looks back over
- Raise or lower the minimum spend an ad needs before it can qualify as the winner
- Ask for more or fewer variants, or a different visual style and pace for the clips
- Point it at a different Drive folder or a different Slack channel
