Weekly creator outreach list from competitor LinkedIn partnerships
Every Monday, find the creators publicly partnering with your competitors on LinkedIn, add new ones to your outreach roster, and get a ranked Slack digest of the top 5.
Every Monday at 9am, build and refresh an outreach list of the creators who are publicly partnering with my competitors on LinkedIn.
Read the list of competitor company names from the "Competitors" tab of my Google Sheet using Get Values. For each competitor, call LinkedIn Ad Library's Search Brand Partnerships operation to pull posts that creators have tagged as paid brand partnerships with that competitor over the last 90 days.
Dedupe against the existing "Creator Roster" tab in the same Sheet using creator profile URL. Skip any creators we already have. For each new creator, use Append Values on the "Creator Roster" tab with these columns in order: creator name, profile URL, competitor brand tagged, post URL, post date, a one-line excerpt from the post, an inferred niche or content angle, and a short "why this creator might be a fit for us" note.
Finally, Send a Message to my Slack channel with a ranked digest of the top 5 new creators found this week. For each creator include their profile link, which competitor they partnered with, and the reason they stood out. Keep the digest scannable, no long paragraphs. If there are fewer than 5 new creators, just include what you found and note the total.
Use the agent workflow type because dedupe, niche classification, fit reasoning, and digest writing all need judgment.
What does this prompt do?
- Every Monday at 9am, checks LinkedIn's public brand partnership posts for every competitor listed in your Google Sheet.
- Filters out creators already in your roster and appends new ones with profile link, competitor tagged, post excerpt, inferred niche, and a short fit note.
- Posts a ranked top 5 digest of this week's best new creators to your Slack channel, with profile links and why each one stood out.
What do I need to use this?
- A LinkedIn login connected to the LinkedIn Ad Library.
- A Google Sheet with a Competitors tab and a Creator Roster tab.
- A Slack workspace and the channel where you want the weekly digest.
How can I customize it?
- Change the schedule (bi-weekly, Friday afternoons, monthly) or widen the lookback window from 90 days.
- Adjust which columns get appended for each creator, or change how the top 5 are ranked (recency, follower count, niche match).
- Point the digest at a different Slack channel, send it as a DM, or route it to email instead.
