Changelog
Chat with AI agents in Microsoft Teams and Slack channels
You can now work with the agent where your team already talks. It answers direct messages in Microsoft Teams, can be @mentioned in Slack channels to start a thread, and sends and receives files in Slack, Teams, and Telegram. From any of them it can search, run, and build workflows.
How it works
- Teams in your own tenant. An admin creates an Azure bot and Teams app in their own Microsoft tenant by following a step-by-step guide, so the bot stays under your organization's control.
- Members matched by email. Teams and Slack users are matched to workspace members automatically, and one admin setup covers the whole workspace.
- Files and formatting. Attachments are stored with the conversation so the agent can read them, generated files come back as attachments, and replies are converted to each app's formatting.
- Slack threads. Replies in a thread continue the same conversation.
Also shipped
- Agent runs moved to dedicated worker servers, separate from the dashboard's servers.
- Stop now halts a run in progress, and failed runs show a Retry button.
