AI agent memory: a summary of your workspace and you
We rebuilt workspace and personal context into a memory system. Each workspace and each member now has a distilled summary of at most 200 words covering identity and working style: who you are, how you write, and the standing instructions you've given. Every agent run loads that summary, so agents know the essentials on every run without reading your whole knowledge base each time.
How it works
- Summary plus files. Facts, processes, and reference material stay in context files, indexed by title and description, and agents open them only when a task calls for it.
- One memory agent. It seeds a nearly empty knowledge base with public research about your company, fills gaps in a sparse one, and distills a large, messy one into a few focused topic files. When notes conflict, the most recent thing you said wins.
- Trustworthy sources. Web content is treated as data, never as instructions. Researched claims carry their source, and personal facts come only from you and your connected data.
- Refreshes on its own. Your edits mark the summary stale, and a background refresh runs once changes have been quiet for a few minutes. You can also refresh on demand or turn automatic refresh off.
Also shipped
- A redesigned Context page with Workspace and Personal views, an autosaving editor, and live refresh status.
