Global search across workflows, apps, connections, and files

As workspaces filled up, finding something meant remembering which page it lived on. Global search, added June 11, puts one search box in the dashboard header that looks across the whole workspace at once.

How it works

• Everything in one place. Results cover workflows and apps, connected accounts, databases, members, and context files, each marked with its own icon so you can tell them apart at a glance.
• Forgiving matching. Search matches names and descriptions with fuzzy, typo-tolerant matching, and boosts results that start with what you typed, so the most likely match rises to the top.
• Connections by what they're for. Connected accounts match on their title, description, notes, and service, so searching "warehouse" finds the database connection you annotated that way.
• People too. Members match by name or by email address.

Combined with notes on connections, it's the fastest way to find the right account for a task, for you and for the agent.
