Onboarding takes several roles and starts with key tools

When you set up General Input, onboarding asks what kind of work you do so your specialists can shape what they suggest around it. Many people do more than one job, so you can now pick every kind of work that applies, such as sales and operations together, instead of choosing just one. The next step, connecting your tools, is shorter too: rather than searching the full catalog of integrations, you start with a few of the accounts most teams work in, like Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack, and QuickBooks. Everything else is still in Integrations whenever you need it.

How it works

  • Pick as many as apply. Click a row or press its letter to turn it on or off. Nothing moves on until you press Continue, and you can still skip the question.
  • Every pick reaches memory. All the kinds of work you chose are saved to your personal memory, so every specialist knows them from the first conversation.
  • Ten tools to start. Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Slack, HubSpot, and QuickBooks, each connected on its own, with no search box to work through.
  • The same on the web and in the iPhone app. Both ask the same questions and offer the same tools.

Also shipped

  • Template search now updates as you type and finds a template from part of its name.
