iPhone specialists open into their conversations

In the iPhone app, grouping the Specialists tab by specialist now works the way Mail groups a thread. A circled arrow beside a specialist's time opens it into your conversations with it from the last five days, plus any still working or waiting on you, on a gray band under its row. Tap the arrow again to fold it away. When two or more of a specialist's conversations need you, it opens by itself.

How it works

  • Opening and closing. The band and the rows below it slide into place, and each conversation fades in. Every conversation shows its picture, title, latest message, and time, with a workflow's or app's art for a conversation about one of them.
  • The specialist's page. With its conversations open, a specialist's row says how many there are and opens the specialist's page.
  • Resources and Connections. A specialist's page now has two tabs, as on the dashboard: its apps, workflows, deliverables, skills, and files, or the accounts and databases its work uses. Search sits beside the tabs, and an Add file or folder row ends the list.

Also shipped

  • Connections are drawn like files, with the service's icon, whose account it is, and what uses it.
