Edit workflows, triggers, and connections on iPhone
A workflow on the General Input iPhone app is no longer read only. Tap anything on its page to change it, as on the dashboard: the account a step uses, a setting it reads, its schedule, the trigger that starts it, or the model its agent runs on. Apps and deliverables work the same way, so a missing connection gets fixed from your phone, not a laptop.
How it works
- Connections. Tap an integration to pick another account, connect a new one, or take it off. A new account is chosen for you once it connects.
- Settings and schedules. Variables open the same field you fill in at launch. A schedule is set by frequency, days, times, and time zone, and reads back in words before you save.
- Triggers. Change a trigger's account and filters, test it against the service, copy a webhook's address with sample code, or remove it.
- Agent workflows. Change the model, effort, time limit, when it pauses to ask you and how it tells you, its run naming, and its instructions. An app's agents open the same settings.
- While the specialist works. If the specialist is editing the workflow, a change waits and offers to open that conversation, so the two of you never overwrite each other.
Also shipped
- A workflow's page reads the same on the dashboard and the app, led by a colored tag for whether an AI agent or fixed steps run it.
- A disabled workflow says exactly what will not run, with a Turn on button, and a failed run offers Fix with AI.
- Version history, in the settings of a workflow, app, deliverable, or skill, restores any earlier version.
