Memory wiki: pages for your workspace, you, and specialists
Memory is now a wiki. Workspace memory, your personal memory, and a new memory for each specialist are each a home page with pages under it, the way a Notion workspace is laid out. Pages link to each other, and images, PDFs, and spreadsheets sit inside the page that shows them. You edit a page like a document, and every agent reads the same pages, so what the team knows about how work gets done stays in one place.
How it works
- Agents document how your work is done. After you have worked with them, the memory agents write up the practice behind it: the steps of a job, the rules, the decisions and why. Each memory starts from the same set of pages (for a workspace: company, brand, customers, operations, tools, rules) and grows new pages as subjects earn them.
- Only your own work updates it. A memory refreshes after people talk to their specialists or ask for a change, not when a background automation runs.
- Agents edit memory only when you ask. Say "remember that we invoice on the 1st" and the specialist writes it into the page. Anything an agent notices on its own is filed as a request the memory agent folds in later.
- A week of history. Every version from the past seven days is kept, a deleted page or file can be brought back in that time, and if someone saved a page while you were editing it, you choose to keep yours or take theirs.
- Each specialist's memory opens from its page, under its description.
Also shipped
- Read every memory on the phone, images and files included.
- Only one memory update runs on a memory at a time, so two never overwrite each other.
