Every weekday at 9am, hand off new high-intent buyers from Klaviyo to my sales team in HubSpot, with a personalized outreach draft posted to Slack. Build this as an agent on a cron trigger.
Step 1, pull the candidates. Call Klaviyo Get Profiles for Segment against the high-intent segment I configure (for example Repeat Cart Abandoners or Pricing Page Viewers). Keep only profiles whose segment join timestamp is within the last 24 hours so we are not re-handing off yesterday's people.
Step 2, understand each one. For every qualified profile, call Klaviyo Get Events to pull their recent events such as Started Checkout, Viewed Product, and Active on Site. Use these to figure out the behaviors that actually triggered them, ranked by recency and intent.
Step 3, sync to HubSpot. For each profile, call HubSpot Search Contacts by email. Skip anyone already tagged as a customer (for example lifecycle_stage of "customer" or whatever convention I tell you to use) so existing accounts are not pestered. For the rest, call HubSpot Batch Upsert Contacts to either create them or set lifecycle_stage to "marketingqualifiedlead" and lead_status to "hot". Then call HubSpot Create Note on each contact summarizing the Klaviyo signals: which segment they joined, when they joined it, and the top three recent behaviors.
Step 4, alert the sales team. Post one consolidated message to a #sales channel using Slack Bot Send a Message. For each new hot lead include their name, email, the behavior that triggered them, a two-sentence personalized outreach draft the rep can copy-paste, and a deep link to the HubSpot contact. If zero profiles qualified, post a short "no new hot leads today" note so the channel knows the workflow ran.
Use the Klaviyo integration, the HubSpot integration, and the Slack Bot integration. The segment id, the Slack channel, the customer-skip rule, and the HubSpot owner assignment should all be configurable when I set this up.
