For each airport on the list, use AviationStack's Get Flights (Real-time and Historical) operation, filtered by the departure airport IATA code, to pull today's departures with their current status and delay figures. Keep the airport list short, because AviationStack's Free plan is limited to plain HTTP and roughly 100 requests per month.
For each airport, summarize the overall picture: how many departures are delayed or cancelled, the delay rate as a share of all departures, the worst individual delays with their flight numbers and destinations, and which routes or airlines are the most affected.
Draft the combined brief as an email using Gmail's Create a Draft operation, then send it with the Send a Draft operation to my operations distribution list. Order the airports worst-first, leading with the ones in the most trouble, so the team can plan around the disruption before the day gets busy.
