Every Monday at 8am, I want this agent to discover rising-star creators on YouTube (or another platform I pick) using Social Blade, filter them against my sponsorship outreach criteria, and load the survivors into HubSpot as new leads with a Slack roundup to my partnerships team.

Build this as an agent workflow on a weekly cron trigger. The platform should be a configurable input that defaults to YouTube.

Step 1. Call Social Blade Get Platform Top List for the configured platform, sorted by growth (subscriber gains over the last 30 days). Page through the first three pages of results (configurable) to gather a wider candidate pool.

Step 2. Filter the candidates down to those that match my outreach criteria: subscriber count between a configurable lower bound and upper bound (default 50,000 to 500,000), monthly subscriber growth above a configurable percentage threshold (default 10 percent), and Social Blade grade at or above a configurable floor (default B+). Skip any creator that does not have a public channel URL.

Step 3. For each creator that passes the filter, first check HubSpot for an existing contact with the same channel URL so we do not create duplicates. If none exists, call HubSpot Create Contact with the creator's name and channel URL, setting lifecycle stage to lead. Then call HubSpot Create Note associated with that new contact. The note body should be a short snapshot: subscribers, monthly growth percentage, estimated monthly earnings, and Social Blade grade.

Step 4. After processing all survivors, post a single Slack message via Slack Bot Send a Message to my partnerships channel (configurable, default #partnerships). The message should lead with a short headline like "Rising creators this week" followed by a bulleted list of the new prospects with each creator's name, subscriber count, monthly growth, and a link to the HubSpot contact, so reps can pick them up the same morning.

Configurable inputs to expose: platform (default youtube), pages of top-list results to scan (default 3), subscriber band lower and upper bound (default 50,000 and 500,000), monthly growth minimum percent (default 10), Social Blade grade floor (default B+), HubSpot lifecycle stage label (default lead), Slack channel for the roundup (default #partnerships), and the schedule (default every Monday at 8am in my local timezone).

If a run produces zero survivors, still post a short Slack message saying no new rising-star matches this week so the team knows the workflow ran. If any HubSpot create call fails for one creator, log the error and continue with the remaining creators rather than aborting the whole run.

What does this prompt do?

  • Pulls the top creators on your chosen platform every week, sorted by who is growing fastest.
  • Filters down to channels that match your sponsorship criteria: subscriber band, monthly growth, and Social Blade grade.
  • Creates each match as a HubSpot contact at the lead stage, with a note holding their latest stats.
  • Drops a clean summary of the new prospects into your partnerships Slack channel so reps can pick them up the same morning.

What do I need to use this?

  • A Social Blade Business API account with credits available
  • A HubSpot login that can create contacts and notes
  • A Slack workspace and a channel where the weekly roundup should land

How can I customize it?

  • Swap the platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Twitter, Facebook) or how you want results sorted
  • Tune the subscriber band, monthly growth minimum, and grade floor to match the tier of partner you want
  • Change the schedule, the Slack channel, or the lifecycle stage label used on new contacts

FAQs

How many creators will it find each week?
It depends on your filters. Teams using a 50,000 to 500,000 subscriber band and a 10 percent monthly growth floor typically see 5 to 20 new prospects per run. Loosen the filters to get more, tighten to get fewer.
Will it create duplicates if a creator is already in HubSpot?
No. Before creating a contact, the workflow checks HubSpot for an existing contact with the same channel URL. If one exists, it skips the create step and moves on.
Can I use a different platform than YouTube?
Yes. Social Blade supports YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Twitter, and Facebook. Pick the platform you care about when you set the workflow up.
How much does this cost to run?
Social Blade charges credits per top-list page and a small amount per profile lookup. A weekly run covering a few pages of results is usually a handful of credits. HubSpot and Slack do not charge per call.
What happens if a week has no matches?
The workflow still posts a short Slack message saying no rising creators matched this week, so your team knows the run completed and the filters are not silently broken.
