Weekly Saleshandy performance digest to Slack and Notion
Every Monday at 8am, get a ranked recap of your Saleshandy sequences with recommended fixes, delivered as a Slack alert and a durable Notion report.
Every Monday at 8am (my timezone), run an agent that produces a weekly outbound performance review across all of my Saleshandy sequences for the last 7 days and delivers it to Slack and Notion.
Data gathering, in order:
1. Call Saleshandy Get Consolidated Sequence Stats for the last 7 days. Use this to rank every active sequence by reply rate, positive reply rate, open rate, and bounce rate, and to compute the account averages for each metric.
2. Take the top 3 and bottom 3 sequences from that ranking (by reply rate, with a minimum send volume so tiny sequences do not distort the picture) and for each one call Saleshandy Get Sequence Stats and Saleshandy Get Sequence Steps so we can see which specific step or subject line is driving the numbers.
3. Call Saleshandy Get Team Stats Report for the same 7 day window so per-rep contribution is included.
Analysis the agent should do on the collected data:
- Flag any sequence whose reply rate is more than 30 percent below the account average as underperforming.
- Call out individual steps with unusually high bounce rates or unusually low open rates, and identify the specific subject line or step number responsible.
- Note bright spots worth cloning: a sequence, step, or subject line that is materially outperforming the account average.
- Highlight per-rep patterns from the team stats (a rep whose sequences are dragging the average, a rep whose volume should be increased).
- Produce 3 to 5 concrete recommended actions for the week, phrased as decisions the team can execute. For example: pause step X in sequence Y, rewrite subject line on step Z, reallocate volume to sequence A, warm up a new sending domain because bounces on sequence B are spiking.
Delivery, in this order:
1. Use Slack Send a Message to post a compact, scannable digest to the channel #outbound-reports. Include the week range, top 3 and bottom 3 sequence names with their key metrics next to the account average, the recommended actions, and a link to the Notion page. Keep it short so people actually read it on Monday morning.
2. Then use Notion Create a Page to add a new child page under the parent page called Weekly Outreach Reports. Title it with the date range (for example Outreach Report: Nov 3 to Nov 9). Include: an executive summary, the ranked table of every sequence with the four metrics and the account average, per-step breakdowns for the top 3 and bottom 3 sequences (step number, type, subject line where applicable, sent, opens, replies, bounces), the per-rep contribution table, and the recommended actions as a checklist.
Writing style: no em dashes anywhere in the output. Slack post should be tight and scannable (headings, short bullets, numbers up front). Notion page carries the long-form detail and the tables. If Saleshandy returns no data for a metric, say so plainly rather than fabricating numbers.
Trigger is a cron schedule. No webhooks or polling.
Additional information
What does this prompt do?
- Ranks every active Saleshandy sequence from last week by reply rate, positive reply rate, open rate, and bounce rate so you see winners and losers at a glance.
- Zooms into the top three and bottom three sequences step by step, calling out which subject lines or steps are dragging numbers down.
- Includes per rep contribution so managers can see who is driving the account average and who needs coaching.
- Writes 3 to 5 concrete recommended actions (pause a step, rewrite a subject, reallocate volume) instead of just dumping metrics.
- Posts a scannable summary to Slack for Monday morning attention and files the full breakdown in Notion so the team has a week over week record.
What do I need to use this?
- A Saleshandy account with active sequences and an admin API key.
- A Slack workspace and the channel where the digest should land.
- A Notion workspace with a parent page (for example Weekly Outreach Reports) that your Notion connection can write to.
How can I customize it?
- Change the schedule (for example Friday at 4pm) or the look-back window from 7 days to 14 or 30.
- Point the Slack post at a different channel, or swap in a private manager channel.
- Adjust the underperformance threshold (default is reply rate more than 30 percent below account average) or the number of top and bottom sequences you drill into.
- Pick a different parent page in Notion, or add tags and properties so the reports feed a dashboard.
