General Input Desktop is no longer offered for download

You no longer need General Input Desktop to use your own AI subscription in General Input, and we have stopped offering it for download. The Token Tunnel runs in our cloud: sign in to your Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, or Muse plan once in Settings, under Models, and your workflows can use it whether your computer is on or off.

How it works

• Installed copies keep working for now. If you already run the desktop app, nothing stops. Its models keep serving until you move over.
• Moving takes a few minutes. Open Settings, go to Models, and sign in to the same accounts you connected in the desktop app. You approve access on the provider's own page and bring back a short code.
• Your workflows need no edits. A workflow that runs on one of your subscription models keeps the same model. Once you are signed in, the cloud connection serves it ahead of the desktop app, and you can quit the app.
• Nothing to keep running. Scheduled workflows no longer wait on a computer being awake, and requests on your plan still do not consume General Input model credits.
