Zoho integrations cover the full API in every region
Agents working in your Zoho apps can now reach almost everything Zoho's own APIs offer. We rebuilt the documentation for Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Mail, Bigin and Zoho Recruit from Zoho's official references, growing them from about 490 documented operations to about 2,900. That covers blueprints, webforms and data sharing rules in CRM, SLAs and help center settings in Desk, fixed assets and purchase returns in Books, and organization admin in Mail. Zoho accounts hosted in the United Arab Emirates, Singapore and the United Kingdom can now connect too.
How it works
- Two official sources per product. Zoho publishes an OpenAPI file and a web reference for several products, and they disagree. Where they differ we follow the web reference, which lists endpoints and required fields the file leaves out.
- Checked against Zoho's pages. Every Mail and CRM operation was compared with its official page. The other products were sampled, and each kind of error a sample found was fixed across the whole product.
- Pick your region when you connect. Zoho keeps each account in one data center. The region list now has all eleven, and each request goes to that region's hosts.
- Optional permissions stay off. New scopes for features such as fixed assets, Zia enrichment and data backups are listed when you connect but start unchecked.
Also shipped
- Zoho Mail docs now say exactly how to send with attachments, schedule a send, and find the account id every Mail call needs.
