Specialist templates for any kind of business

Templates are now specialists only, and each one does a job that many kinds of business share: an Inbox Manager, a Meeting Prep Briefer, a Prospect Researcher, a Collections Coordinator, and 43 more. A specialist no longer arrives with a fixed set of workflows and apps. It arrives with its role and starter memory, suggests a first job for your business, and builds what you approve.

How it works

  • A card for each kind of business. Templates opens on SaaS companies, hotels, law firms, insurance agencies, and more. Open one to see the twelve specialists that fit it best, or search to see every match.
  • Straight into your workspace. Use this specialist on a template page goes from sign-up to the specialist's first conversation: make or pick a workspace, connect a Claude or ChatGPT subscription if you have one, and choose a plan. A workspace already set up gets it at once.
  • A first job, not a questionnaire. The specialist opens with the job that fits best, already set to when it runs and where results go. Change anything in a word; nothing is made until you approve it.
  • Suggestions, not a fixed install. Each template page lists what it can set up, with the services those usually connect, like QuickBooks or Bullhorn.
  • New business, found for you. The Prospect Researcher finds who to call this week and why, like companies hiring for the roles you place.

Also shipped

  • Each integration page lists the specialists that work with it.
  • Workflow and app templates are retired. Workflows you installed from one keep running, and you can still publish a whole specialist.
  • Prompts left the app. They stay on the website as articles you can copy from.
