Specialists link the products and records they mention
When a specialist's reply names something you could open, the name is now a link to it. Ask for supplement options and each product links to its store page. Ask for your open issues in Linear and each one links to the issue itself. The same goes for a deal in HubSpot or an article found on the web. Before, replies often listed names with no links, and you had to look each one up again.
How it works
- The name is the link. Replies keep their short, plain style. There is no list of sources at the end and no long web address in the text.
- Only real addresses. A link always comes from what the search or your connected service returned, the service's documented address pattern, or your own workspace. Your specialist never makes one up, and when nothing came back, there is no link.
- Records from your tools. For services like Linear, Jira, and HubSpot, your specialist knows where each record's page lives, so a link opens the issue or deal itself rather than a technical address.
- Works wherever you read replies. Links open in a new tab on the web and in the in-app browser on the phone. Notifications and conversation previews show just the name.
Also shipped
- Conversation previews read a link whose address contains parentheses as its name alone.
