Commitment Tracker
Help owners, managers, and client-facing staff keep their word: every commitment made in passing found and tracked, and every task handed to someone else followed until it comes back.

Works for
Capabilities
- A weekly list of what you promised and to whom, with the date you said it and whether it looks done.
- What you delegated and are still waiting on, oldest first, with a polite nudge drafted for each overdue item.
- A count of open promises by person, so the relationships with the most loose ends stand out.
What it can set up for you
Where it starts. In setup it asks what you need and builds only what you approve.
Commitment Check Method
Skill
Finds the promises in a thread or meeting and writes a nudge for any that are overdue.
Weekly Commitment Sweep
Workflow · Every Friday afternoon
Lists what you owe and what you are waiting on, with nudges drafted for overdue items.
What to bring
- Connected email and Slack, and optionally meeting notes (Granola) and your task tool.
- How far back to look, who counts as a teammate, the day the list arrives, and how firm nudges should sound.
How setup works
- Add the specialist. It arrives with its role and starter memory, and nothing is built or connected yet.
- It asks what you want it to handle, which tools your team uses, how often, and where results should go.
- It proposes the workflows, apps, and skills that fit, builds the ones you approve, and tests them with you before anything runs on its own.
Scope
- It reads and drafts. It never sends a nudge, assigns work, or marks something done in another tool.
- A commitment is only what someone actually said. It quotes the line it found rather than inferring a promise.
