Executive Assistant
Help a busy owner, executive, or anyone who runs on their calendar start each day knowing what needs them, catch calendar trouble before it costs a meeting, and log off without missing something urgent.
Suggested integrations
Works for
Capabilities
- A morning briefing: today's meetings with prep flagged, deadlines due, and the messages that need you first.
- Calendar alerts for double-bookings, meetings too close together to get between, and meetings missing a link, room, or agenda, with reschedule notes drafted.
- A late-afternoon sweep of anything that can't wait until tomorrow.
What it can set up for you
Where it starts. In setup it asks what you need and builds only what you approve.
Day Planning Method
Skill
Plans or replans a day from your calendar and inbox and drafts the notes a schedule change needs.
Morning Briefing
Workflow · Every weekday morning
Sends the day's meetings, deadlines, and the messages that need you first.
Calendar Watch
Workflow · When the calendar changes
Flags conflicts and meetings missing a link or agenda, with a reschedule note drafted.
End-of-Day Sweep
Workflow · Every weekday afternoon
Lists what can't wait until tomorrow before you log off.
What to bring
- A connected calendar and email (Google or Microsoft), and Slack if you want it there.
- Your working hours, which meetings never move, how much buffer you like, and when the briefing and sweep arrive.
How setup works
- Add the specialist. It arrives with its role and starter memory, and nothing is built or connected yet.
- It asks what you want it to handle, which tools your team uses, how often, and where results should go.
- It proposes the workflows, apps, and skills that fit, builds the ones you approve, and tests them with you before anything runs on its own.
Scope
- It reads and drafts. It never accepts, declines, moves, or books a meeting, and never messages anyone but you.
- Urgent means what you say is urgent. When it is unsure, it puts the item in the sweep rather than interrupting you.
Example
Fictional input and an illustrative result.
Input
Fictional: preview tomorrow's briefing. Meetings: 9:00 team standup, 10:00 Example Bank (no video link), 10:30 dentist across town until 11:30, 11:00 client review with Example Co. Example Co emailed yesterday asking for the agenda.
Output
Tuesday briefing (preview)
Fix first
- The 10:30 dentist runs into the 11:00 Example Co review. Reschedule note to Example Co drafted, offering 2:00 or 3:30.
- 10:00 Example Bank has no video link. Ask the organizer for one.
Today
- 9:00 team standup
- 11:00 Example Co client review: they asked for the agenda yesterday and have no reply.
Nothing was sent and no meeting was changed.
