Changelog
Shopify, Cal.com, Granola, Gong, and Fireflies triggers
Six more services can now start a workflow on their own events, which closes loops like booking, to CRM, to meeting notes without anyone copying data by hand. A Cal.com booking can create a lead in your CRM, and the Granola note from that call can update the record afterward.
New triggers
- Shopify: new, paid, fulfilled, cancelled, and refunded orders; draft orders; new customers; new and updated products.
- Cal.com: new and cancelled bookings, filterable by event type.
- Granola: new meeting notes. Gong: new calls and users. Fireflies: new transcripts.
- Zoho CRM: new leads, contacts, companies, tasks, and users, plus updated leads and contacts.
Sturdier polling
- Every trigger filter accepts multiple values, so one Gmail trigger can watch several labels.
- A Triggers tab shows each check's status and item counts, with a Sync Now button.
- Webhook triggers can authenticate with a secret URL alone, so tools that only accept a URL can start workflows.
