Workflow

Each run, this agent reads your recent mail and sorts it into three piles — needs reply, delegate, and archive — with a one-line suggested action for everything that needs attention, so you can clear the inbox in minutes.

1. Pulls unread and recent threads from the last 24 hours in Gmail or Microsoft Outlook.

2. Classifies each thread into exactly one pile: needs reply (you're the responder), delegate (someone else should own it), or archive (FYI, newsletters, resolved).

3. Adds a one-line reply angle for each needs-reply thread and a one-line handoff note for each delegate thread.

4. Produces one scannable report leading with counts, each item linked back to its source message. Read-only — it never sends, archives, or deletes anything.
