Each run, this agent pulls raw customer feedback for the scope provided as input, turns every signal into a structured record with evidence and confidence, clusters the recurring themes, and drafts backlog-ready items so your team starts from synthesized insight instead of a pile of tickets.

1. Pulls raw customer feedback and recent signals for the scope provided as input from Zendesk or Slack.

2. Structures each signal into a feedback record, capturing the underlying need, supporting evidence (quotes and source links), a confidence level, and any open questions.

3. Clusters the records into recurring themes, ranking each theme by how many signals back it and how strong the evidence is, flagging any theme mentioned at least Theme threshold times.

4. Drafts backlog-ready items for the top themes into Linear or Jira as drafts only, preserving evidence and confidence. It never auto-creates or publishes items unless the run input asks for it.
